    Me?? Stressed?? As if!!

I am upset.. wailing.. great stress reliever.. I have a nasty tummy ache, possibly a water infection.. and I am an absolute mess.

    On a positive side..

All the presents bar 2 boxes for family (which I'll do Christmas day) are wrapped.
The gobbler is in the oven.
I can celebrate a new year knowing that next year WILL be easier, better and altogether slightly more sensible than this chaotic year has been.
The kitchen floor is clean because my OH is a wonderful person :D
My babies are all here safe and well (mainly cos KH refused to have them.. again)
AF still not arrived, though I have the cramps and hormonal crying thing going on.. definitely not a person to be too close at the moment.

Toots.. eating.. fine idea.. I may well go do some of that!! I forgot!
Triker.. Speedy 'get home safe' vibes for DH.. He is a sensible person, he'll be just fine!

    S'pose you want a list?!

Aww Piggers, got some time tomorrow hun, I'll pop round and see you.;)

I've moved some massive boxes and plonked them on the wardrobe, out of the way.

I also made some sausage rolls and they were delicious.

Pigpen, I remember some of those names too, even though I wasn't doing flylady at the time. I hope all of them are ok and just too busy to post.

Thanks to all who wished me well getting Dd home from uni...she has a part time job in a restaurant and was supposed to be working up until today and flying home on Christmas Eve, but with the weather the way it's been (freezing fog and snow forecast tomorrow) and flights being cancelled all over the place, we thought it safer if she was to get the ferry today instead. We were ready to book it last night but couldn't until she'd cleared it with her boss. Typically she couldn't get hold of him and when she did the ferry was full. So all of us were up at 5am this morning to try get her on standby.

And we did! And she's home! :j:j:j Which is just as well as the airport she was due to fly from is closed tonight. It's the best Christmas present I could have. :D

I haven't even looked at todays list but thanks to all the encouragement and support on this thread the house is clean and tidy and it looks like I'm actually ahead of myself for the first Christmas in years.

    Thank you all.

    Pink xxx
