    I've just got time for another quick HHC before DH comes home. I still can't see the bed but it's only about 1 layer deep rather than 10!

    haven't actually done anything yet. I'm so tired I'm tempted to have a lie down, but I think I might be better having an early night tonight.

    I will do a HHW (half hour wrapping) starting at 2.45 once I've made a cuppa - join me if you can!?

    My sitting room opens onto a tiny little passage/hallway(it's about a metre long and half a metre wide) on the left is the kitchen and the right is the bathroom. hmmm... maybe I should think of something else to call it... you dirty minded people lol:rotfl:

    Monday Mayhem..
    1. Make sure you have all the shopping you need to take you through to next week.. milk and bread especially! It is Bank Holiday on Monday so some shops are not open.. the big supermarkets are.
    2. [STRIKE]Make sure the last of the presents are wrapped I will not have people sitting up while 5am on Christmas morning wrapping! [/STRIKE]
    3. [STRIKE]Have we located stockings? [/STRIKE]
    4. [STRIKE]S&S the kitchen [/STRIKE]
    5. S&S the bathroom/s and loo's
    6. Clean the oven [STRIKE]and hob [/STRIKE]ready for your feast!
    7. Clean the fridge to accommodate you bounty of food
    8. Change any bedding you need to get washed before the fat guy arrives.. and I do not mean the OH/parent/ etc
    9. Make sure your timetable for christmas day is sorted and everyone knows their tasks.. who is spud peeling? Who is stuffing the bird etc..?
    10. Catch up on the laundry .. ironing is tomorrows job!
    11. Phone someone you 'forgot' to post a card/present to in time.. just so they know you've not forgotten them...
    12. [STRIKE]Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself.. reading.. relaxing.. goggling... remember you are important too. [/STRIKE]
    13. Change pet bedding and wash blankies etc.. we don't want them putting you off your christmas sprouts!
    14. Dust round the whole downstairs
    15. [STRIKE]do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs [/STRIKE]

    My back aches and I am boiling - I have just dug the car out ready for tomorrows trips out! I got really hot and of course after having snow every day for the last 4 days I had to dig 6 inches off the car and the yard was 4 inches snow and 2 inches ice.

    I am posting list again deleteing everything thats been done so I can see where I'm at now

    Monday Mayhem..
    1. Make sure the last of the presents are wrapped I will not have people sitting up while 5am on Christmas morning wrapping! nearly done
    2. S&S the kitchen
    3. S&S the bathroom/s and loo's
    4. Clean the oven and hob ready for your feast! Only needs a wipe thanks to a really good clean recently
    5. Make sure your timetable for christmas day is sorted and everyone knows their tasks.. who is spud peeling? Who is stuffing the bird etc..? That'll be me, me and er me
    6. Phone someone you 'forgot' to post a card/present to in time.. just so they know you've not forgotten them... I have a couple of flylady ecards to do so will do this as an alternative as I have not forgotten anyone
    7. Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself.. reading.. relaxing.. goggling... remember you are important too.
    8. Dust round the whole downstairs
    9. do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs will do the middle room so another tree can go up

    Possible delivery coming (DH's present) here today :D
    Go over to work for 10am and to meet friend
    Take work Christmas cards
    Take friends renewal letter
    Take friends kiddies presents
    Take Secret Santa pressie
    Take £12 for Emma for birthday club
    Take wedding album as friend not seen pics yetThis might all get moved to Wed :rolleyes:
    1230 meet other friend at local hotel
    Take wedding pics
    evening - Little bro possibly coming over
    Have bro's cards and presents ready

    Wednesday - DH nights
    DD and DH to go xmas shopping
    I know there is something else as well

    Thursday - DH nights
    Little bro coming if didnt come Tues
    Go and visit Luscious with DD when DH goes to work

    Also need to fit in
    • hand deliver cards
    • finish wrapping (only a couple of bits to do)
    • Get coal
    • Put other trees up
    • Pay credit cards bills - may need to go and pay cash in for one of them as need to set up as new payee and they have to phone you which didnt work last time I tried done online for minimum - will work out the extras when finances updated
    • Update finances :rolleyes:

    Now off to Mr T to return the unwanted subs on the delivery
    Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    Headache tablet, nap and coffee had. Will ignore any remaining niggles and go for two HHCs back to back, 3 - 4 pm. I'm a bit late starting, but then we should be ready for The Tree. Will update later.

    Sounds similar to mine, off sitting room or living room as I call it, down three stairs, bathroom on the left and kitchen is straight in front of you, I just call it the "wee hall" :rotfl:
