Well who would have thought it  Christmas Eve and I was sitting down wine in hand at 8.15, its all thanks to the Flylady thread and a special thanks to Pigpen, Toots and Soappie, I am never ever ever leaving :D

Well even though we are having our "Christmas Dinner" on Boxing Day, all veg is prepared, soup taken out of freezer tonight so just to cook turkey crown and steaks. I have decided tomorrow that for me and kids we will have a wee buffet with sausage rolls, pizzas, ritz and cheese spread and crisps etc which am sure they will love!!!!

We are just waiting for them to get to sleep so we can fill the stockings and put pressies out the garage and the cupboard upstairs :D I am so excited :D:D

TOOTS CAN I HAVE MY STAR FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY PLEASE, FORGOT ABOUT THEM IN ALL THE EXCITEMENT!!!!

    TOMORROWS LIST IS UP!!

It is all routine sensible stuff which was greatly appreciated last year so I thought I'd throw it at you again!.. Beats dreading getting out of bed on the 26th lol.

We sneaked all the presents downstairs while the children were playing disney trivial pursuit and watching christmas films .. the little 3 are now fast asleep so I will go steal their stockings and bag up presents..

Oh.. nifty trick for light sleepers... buy 2 identical stockings.. one in room.. one filled and swap them over quickly.. :D

    Evening all,

Sorry I've not popped in today. Got up at around 10am this morning as stayed up late watching a film last night. Had breakfast, then went to MrT (surprisingly not that busy and loads of food reduced too) to get milk and baked beans, then went on to my Mum to collect the stockings for OH and I (she does one for him now too, and I'm under strict instructions to tell him to bring the wind-up car that he's getting with him, so that my Dad and him can have races as he is getting one in his stocking too - aww). Then I played postie and delivered a Christmas card from my Mum for someone in town. After that, OH and I went to BIL's for lunch, and stayed there most of the afternoon (I ate too many nibbles and fell asleep whilst they watched old films on the TV and SIL went to carols at church). Came home, still tired (wasn't feeling very well this morning so think I have the lurgy), so went back to bed. Have got up, had dinner (heated up by OH) and just caught up on the thread. Feeling very bloated, so hoping I still fit into my dress tomorrow and that I've not put on the weight by eating chocolates etc since I've been off.

Haven't done much in terms of flying - tagged the pressies for my Nana that my Mum brought round yesterday, and we have food in, and I've done the relaxing with family bit.

Got to get up early tomorrow so that I can wash my hair, do my nails etc before popping next door to MIL to give her presents to her, then on to my M&D for the rest of the day.

Thank you all so much for the support and friendship you've all given me this year. I count myself as being very lucky that I have you all.
