1. Prepare veg for christmas dinner .. store covered in cold water overnight, it will be fine!ERM, we are having caro's sprouts, potatoes and broccoli...what do i need to do tonight?!!!!
   
2. [STRIKE]Mix yorky pud batter for tomorrow.. it is so much better if you leave it to stew.. quick whisk as use as normal[/STRIKE]
3. [STRIKE]Prepare any other bits.. stuffing, salad etc Make starters before bed.. sneaky but a great idea![/STRIKE] Just got twodle out of freezer!!!!

[STRIKE]PRESENTS .. nuff said! (stockings with a few bits of fruit and a cereal bar make for a healthy breakfast!)
Wash pots before bed!
Bath time to wear everyone out..
Final clean out of pets/litter trays etc
S&S the kitchen
S&S the bathroom
Straighten the tree
Prepare eggnog, mulled wine or other festive beverage
Get the roll of binbags at the ready
set up the video & camera!!! Fully charged and ready to roll!!
Quick whizz over the clutter and carpets..
Relax, enjoy yourselves and have a lovely time with your family!!
If it isn't done now you don't need it to be done it isn't important!

Friday - CHRISTMAS DAY!

1. Bag up all the wrapping paper and put it outside!
2. Delegate pot washing/DW loading!
3. Slice off the remaining meat and either freeze or refridgerate for tomorrow!
4. Save remaining cooked veg for stew! It can be frozen if you don't want to eat it in the next few days.. or sling it in the crock pot with the carcass for stock!
5. Before children go to bed they must stack their new things nicely!
6. A quick S&S over the kitchen should see it looking fabulous again If you leave it by New year it will be a tip!!
7. Prepare any run and grab style food for Boxing day.. I know a lot of families have get togethers on the 26th.
8. Wipe the table/table cloth
9. Put the best crockery/glasses away
10. Go play with the children .. eat lots of junk food and delegate as much as possible!!
11. Quick wipe over the hob should see it sparkling again
12. Does the breadmaker need to be on for tomorrow?
13. Start thinking of those resolutions you will be breaking by the middle of January! lol
14. Don't forget to feed the pets!.. Mine had a bag of turkey giblets they helped themselves to!
15. Enjoy your day with your loved ones, spare a fewv minutes thought for those who cannot be with us this year and who have lost loved ones.. I wish you all a happy, joyous, trouble-free fabulous New Year!! Without you lot.. I wouldn't be here either xx

Have gone missing for ages (too much "stuff" going on in private life, I'm afraid), but I *have* been keeping the house looking really good, Flylady style. Will rejoin the daily visits in the New Year - but for now

Santa is about to land here and then it's off to bed.

I hope everyone has a lovely day tomorrow, I most say that when i first came across this thread i wasn't sure what to expect but i've found the lovely,friendlyest people that there is. You are all amazing and i thank all of you for the help, support and encouragment through this year.

As always thinkinking I haven't got enough for DD...I count 8/9 small pressies, but I refuse to raid the birthday gifts (again!!)......she also has pressies from rellies so I'm sure she will survive...I keep thinking of the children Kazw is helping:rolleyes: and realising that all they really need is a loving home with food and clothes....a humbling lesson...........Thanks xx
