    Happy Christmas to Everyone!!:xmastree::xmassign::xmastree:

I hope you all have a lovely day - I am about to wash up and sling some bacon and eggs on before we leave at 9.00 to get to Little Chalfont by 12ish. We have had another dusting of snow so I hope that the roads are ok. Didn't get the larger car they promised so I exect to have a grumpy teenager who is sitting in the back by the time we get there..... mmm

Right off to wake DS - again - I have tried four times.... but hey ho

he is still only 19 but I think he is mising his girl friend as he is really grumpy.

    Have fun all.

    Morning all

    Merry Christmas to you all.

We have opened stockings and DH is cooking some breakfast. I'm on my second cuppa in the giant new mug I got in my stocking! I'd better go and shower so I'm ready. AF has turned up this morning - great timing, but at least I can have a few drinks now!!

    Love to all xxxx

  • Morning all and a
    very merry Christmas to you.

The twins decided to get up at 4:20am:eek::eek::eek:.

I managed to persuaded them to stay in bed til half 5 but then we all got up and did the pressie opening.

Snuck off back to be for an hour, but woke up feeling more tired.
When I have finished my cuppa, I am going shift all the gifts upstairs, s&s the bathroom and get the spuds on for the roasties.

Posting first and catching up after because I'm miles behind!

Happy Christmas Day to everyone, I hope everything goes well and you all have a good time.

I've prepared everything and even ironed the tablecloth and found the napkins and crackers. Now I'm waiting to start cooking later (did the turkey yesterday) so taking the opportunity to catch up a bit.

    DONE!:D
    1. Friday - CHRISTMAS DAY!
    2. Slice off the remaining meat and either freeze or refridgerate for tomorrow!
    3. Save remaining cooked veg for stew! It can be frozen if you don't want to eat it in the next few days.. or sling it in the crock pot with the carcass for stock!
    4. Wipe the table/table cloth
    5. Put the best crockery/glasses away
    6. Enjoy your day with your loved ones, spare a fewv minutes thought for those who cannot be with us this year and who have lost loved ones.. I wish you all a happy, joyous, trouble-free fabulous New Year!! Without you lot.. I wouldn't be here either xx

Bless you all for all the support and help on here all the time all the year.

Hope you all have a special day in whatever form it takes

I know how much work goes into this thread to keep it going, (it takes enough for me to just read and try and keep up when I'm at work!) A big thanks to everyone who takes part in whatever way shape or form that is.

See you all in a day or so!
