Well this was my reply to my 1st compaint

    Dear Mrs ******

Thank you for contacting us about the 75% sale we put on our website. I am sorry to hear of the errors that you experienced.

I can confirm there was an error with our website due to the popularity of the sale and as a result many items were going out of stock as our customers were trying to order them. This resulted in a number of generic error messages being displayed throughout the order process.

As a result this was taken down as the stock levels of the sale items were low or they were already out of stock.

I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for bringing your feelings to our attention. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Boots.com team on 0845 609 0055, quoting reference number 6220301.

We have asked a few questions at the bottom of this e-mail, which will help us make sure we have provided you with the very best customer care.

    Kind Regards,

And my second regarding stuff back online but full price

    Dear **********
Thank you for your response to my colleague's e-mail. I apologise for the confusion.

If you click on the sale items now, they should show as being out of stock. Unfortunately, we don't have any sale items left in stock. I do apologise for the disappointment caused.

Thank you again for letting us know about this. Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact our Boots.com team on 0845 6090055.

    Kind regards

Liverpool Church Street (the one by clarks!) - all stock is now on one side of the aisle closest to the perfumes and is mainly the sets (mum, shopping, good nights sleep, football etc). I did notice some cufflinks in retro packaging that I didn't see yesterday so I picked them up for £1.25 for my dad, still loads of choccy left, loads of xmas crackers and cards and photo albums etc. OH, and they still have plenty of the lavender, rose and magnolia sets as well.
I'm trying to buy one of each thing (apart from the toys as not many little uns i my family) but I'm spreading it out day by day.
