Have just opened the GOK set to have a little smell of it before putting it in my presents drawer. It is absolutely gorgeous and I love it! Did not realise it had a little drawer in the box with a shower cap (which made DH laugh hysterically!), hand lotion and a lip balm in it. Needless to say it did not make it to the presents drawer and is now a little treat for me!! Was not expecting it to be as nice as it is TBH........regret not picking up another one now!

Hope everyone manages to keep picking up bargains here and there over the weekend ;).

Think I have found my bootsing MOJO again lol! Have not bothered much over the past 12 months, but now intend to get back on the point collecting wagon for next years in store sale! :rotfl:

My friend is going to look in some boots tomorrow for the chocolate tree slabs to melt down for a party she is having we thought it would be ok to put in a chocolate fountain. just hope it will be ok

I have a chocolate fountain and you have the buy special chocolate for it as this chocolate has a different consistency which means it can flow proprly through the fountain. It warns that other chcocolate may get clogged up or not work at all as its too heavy so I would be careful. Unless shes frequently used other chocolates that is! Then ignore me hehe Oh actually, has she frequently used other chocolates? The fountain chocolate is quite expensive and you never use it all in one go so tend to throw quite abit away so would be helpful to know if I can buy other chocolate for it?

You got the same response to me. I phoned them too as I put in my card details 3 times to make a payment but the site kept crashing. I then phoned as I got a bit worried due to putting in my card details. The guy on the phone said all the items were now out of stock. I only have a mobile which is contract so dreading how much I got to pay for the call.

A few people have been lucky and awarded points. We must be the unlucky ones.

I am not giving up. Will reply to every email they send me till I get what they have offered others. I got what I wanted in the end but only after a 15 mile round trip to 4 stores. Unfortunatley this was after staying up all night. They took the site down for nearly 5 hours then like most people I spent 3 hours glued to the pc F5`ing untill the kids needed taking to school. 8 hours trying to place an order with no luck for them to blatentley re-stock them at full price, then telling you 1 thing on the phone, 1 thing in the above responce and another thing to a lady who posted a little while back is disgusting.

I was lucky to get a few bath sets for MIL and grans etc they were £10 down to £2.50 which was a steal for what was in it, I also got photo albums and photo frames that were reduced and bogof! Totally tickled pink that I have made a good start to my pressie drawer for this year!

Well, just phoned Boots, not getting the Sprig Discover Rig for my nephew, but it looks like 2 have miraculously appeared on eBay overnight, at more than twice the 75% off price :(
Don't know whether or not to just bite the bullet and get it from there.
    Such is life.
Having the same dilema about paying more for one, just received the smaller vehicles and guides today and realised that you need the rig to use the extra guides. Sainsburys have it for £29.99 and ELC £30, both have postage on top unless you spend £50+ but it is still stlightly less than the eBay seller (I spotted that earlier too :)).
Love the range and can't wait to try them out!
  • Does anyone know what the stocks are like in Teeside Park.
    Thanks
  • sorry nothing to add about stock however just wanted to say thanks to people on this thread - I would not have known about the 75% sale date without it and managed to get a couple of bubble garages and intg sets to put away for bdaypressies - many thanks all for contributing!! What a fab example of how good this site can be x :)

I think the only way to use normal choc in a fountain is to put some oil in it when melting....google might be able to tell you
