Then ignore me hehe Oh actually, has she frequently used other chocolates? The fountain chocolate is quite expensive and you never use it all in one go so tend to throw quite abit away so would be helpful to know if I can buy other chocolate for it?
Hi, i bought my mum a Prima chocolate fountain about 2 yrs ago, we have always used cadburys chocolate with cooking oil, not strong flavored ones mind (eg olive etc will impart a strange taste to your chocolate) i cannot remember proportion of oil to chocolate exactly . Never had any problems with it and we tend to use any old excuse to get it out lol:D.

Can I just add that the staff at Boots Chester were great too....handing out bags, finding requests for people and being generally polite.
Two thumbs up and I know which store I'll be heading to next year.. The manager had to cancel my purchases after he'd put loads through the till and do them again so I could use points and all the staff were smiling too. Well done Chester Boots:A I might have seen you there
I was in at about 8.50 orange jumper!

Having not managed to get an order through on the Wednesday morning, On the Thursday morning I was so pleased to see a couple of favourites back in stock I ignored the fact they were showing at full price and placed a order. I guess I hoped that the discount would show up later.
The goods arrived today ( very quick!), but at the full price. I have 'phoned CS, and they are saying the 75% was for one day only and that while this might be the same stock it is a "different line".
I can get it refunded, but wondered if anyone else had tried a more robust complaint - or achieved any different result?
i actually rang cs the day after and said that an item i anted the no17 vanity case was back in stock and cud i get it for hte reduced price the lady i spoke to said there was none in stock anyway but i had one showing in my wish list so knew there was she said if i processed it it woud not go through so just to show her i processed it and she kept sayin all the way through its not gonna go through but it did eventually go through then she said i would prob get email cancelling it which i have not and its alredady been despatched she said when i get the case to ring up again and they will refund the £22.50 diff lol hth0
