Boots after-Christmas sales - 75% off now over?

Love looking at all your pics, thanks everyone who has posted, DD at uni picked up the chilli pepper bag in Portsmouth for me as locally we had none so great to see what I've bought for youngest DDs birthday! Bit jealous of all those No7 boxes....reckon as we didnt get much snow down here most went at 50% off.

Yep mine was all 75% off too. I actually have a few more things that I got at 50% but not that many! Every single thing I have bought expect one Gok Wan set has a person assigned to it for christmas or birthday! I took my list and made sure I was only buying thing I needed for people before I bought them. I buy for a large amount of people because I love christmas and love giving gifts So every aunt, uncle and cousin is getting a gift!


I also second about checking stores for returns. I just managed to pick up another No.7 compact this morning at a store near me thats had not much since before the 75% off, it wasnt there the other day so must be a return. Only two more ladies to buy for for christmas now out of 31!

I also saw a really cute celia birtwell brush set which I thought would go great with the celia birtwell purse I got my friend and it was in the sale bit with no price on, but it scanned up as notbeing in the sale Oh well, you win some you loose some!

I bought 2 celia birtwell brush sets £3 each reduced from £12, they were black with flowers on front, zipped opened to show two black mesh compartments and set of brushes, think was lined red. There were loads in my store on wed but afraid all gone now. Hope this wasnt same one you tried to buy :eek:, may be worth asking again if its still there and sounds the same.

Oh yes my step dads birthday next week son in laws week after then mothers day and other friends birthdays and the rest for christmas all my friends have girls so i was glad they had lots of girl gifts so there all sorted for christmas. So as far as friends kids go i just have a 2 boys to get then there all done just my kids and my other half to get for oh and mums and dads for christmas

The hot choc mug is for my grandson to give to his mum for valentine's day as he loves to get her something so i thought we could open it up put a few sweets in it and that will be that

The only thing i wanted and couldnt get was the cupcake maker my grandson is into making cupcakes and it would of been great. I know it was for girls but who would know lol

Have now given up hope of the Elle bag or the Chilli thing which I wanted. I must arrange for no flu next year !!! LOL

hey, I think I got that one too. this was four brushes that had white handles with the celia birtwell pattern on and it had a little black pouch to store them in. I was going to get it to go with the purse with brushes in you described. There was only one and it had no label on so Im guessing its a new line or something that has been returned to the store.

I did notice on 2 of the N0 7 skincare treat gifts i got it say it should have 1 day and 1 night time cream in one box i have that but in the other i have 2 day time creams no night time. My friend got 3 sets and all hers have 2 day time creams in must of been a mix up with boots packing them do you think its worth a phone call to them or not

Ah...relieved it wasnt the one that was in the sale! Bet someone spotted the others and did a swap as they were the better buy.
