To iPhone or not to iPhone

but I've had my 32gig iPhone since they came out in the summer. I'm now in love. It just works. I no longer have to carry my sat nav in my handbag, I have games to play in the post office queue, it has my shopping list, my email etc all in one place. The way it handles text messages is so darn simple it makes sense so much I really can't believe a bloke thought that up.
In short, I can't fault it. Though apparently there's a 4g version due out in the summer...Well my geek son tells me so..0 -
I noticed this part of the article -
But mobile phone experts have warned that purchasing decisions may boil down to more than just cost. O2's network, which has suffered frequent crashes in recent months, has gone down again, leaving some iPhone users unable to make or receive calls or surf the internet.
I've been having problems with O2 a lot recently in delayed texts, sometimes by upto an hour. Does anyone know if O2 are actually doing anything about this continual problem?0 -
Am I the only person on this forum that keeps banging on about the Palm Pre as an alternative to the iPhone? It has a real keyboard which would suit the OP.0

even the 3G is capable of Bluetooth, videos and MMS.sweetstudent wrote: »However if you do not wish do any of these then i would recommend that you go for a iPhone. It does have its limitations, that you can only buy from the App store,
there are many other ways to get Apps now, granted most require the iPhone to be jailbroken but with blackra1n even the most technically illeterate can do that now.====0 -
Most people expect Bluetooth to include transferring files. The iPhone doesn't do that. It's not 'fully implemented' Bluetooth.0

I have had an iphone and now have a Nokia 5800. Yes I will admit the iphone has more apps and better screen, but (as with ipod) the music player side is a long way from the best in quality (waiting for the flaming on that one hehe). My 5800 however, is superb
Have a look on a site like mobiles.co.uk or dial-a-phone. They tend to have a LOT of packages and deals on, like cashback (auto as well as by redemption) PS3's, more minutes etcThere are 10 kinds of people that understand binary

-
£35 x 24 months = £840.00. What do you think?Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0
-
The tesco deal if you take through to 24 months works out as £900!0
