Oh this is wonderful!
I have been playing about with it all night, tweeking and adding and so on.
Although it's not all good didn't realize till it was too late that I missed the shops completely. But I really have loads in already. One day is not a problem.
Yesterday I did not go either, it was snowing and cold and yukky outside, and I was indoors with the heating on nice and warm, I just could not be bothered to go out the door. And as I said I still have loads to use up with a full freexer.
Or how much I spent on the children's sporting events.Ebay 13........1583.46/2000.00 Amazon sales 54/50 Etsy sales 63/50

Isn't the spreadsheet fab? The instructions are so clear too. I have actually added the totals table on to my own spreadsheet set. I realised when I looked at her spreadsheet that I wasn't actually keeping an eye on how much I was spending, only how much I had left TO spend. I really hope this is going to help me with my spending, lord knows I need it!0

Good luck with this. I lived on 'whoopsies' forjust over a year while I was clawing my way out of debt - I was vegan at the time too. By eating what was chep rather than whtI particularly wanted I maged to fed myself for around £3-£5a week, and 60p of that would be a carton of soy milk. I never found a veg that didn't make a good soup, though the week I bought 5 caulis at 10p each I swore never wanted curried cauli soup ever again:eek::D0

:jHi, Thank you for stopping by, I was beginning to think I was just talking to cyber space for the most part.
It's really good to hear that this is doable albeit boring at times. The boring part I had no illusions about
Are you going to carry on? Perhaps not with quite so much justo, but just to see if you can? I really would like some companyPretty Please ? Just think all that money you used to pay debts off can now go to savings,,,,,,Hey, I'm not good at this begging malarky
Seriously though, Good for you working hard to get yourself out of that debt :j You must feel so proud of yourselfEbay 13........1583.46/2000.00 Amazon sales 54/50 Etsy sales 63/50

I will keep popping in. I currently have a live-in job so my food is provided, however I do supplement it with extra fruit and salad, so I will try to get those reduced when I can.
Yes, I was proud of myself getting out of debt - I now earnless than half of my previous salary, but am not paying out £800 a month on debts!!!0 -
You know this gives you a lot more freedom, I knew a few English Nannies when I was overseas that worked for a pittance but they loved the fact that they lived rent free, one had full use of a car, and holidays to the Caribbean thrown in! in a wonderful place and had freedom to see the place properly, rather than an a tourist on a two week vacation that would have landed them in debt. They had the attitude that some things were worth more than money, you now have the choice to get a job where the other perks can be taken into consideration.
I have a load of stuff hanging around but not a great deal of anything except broccoli, onions and potatoes so I am going to do a tempura with it all, don't want to cook much today.Ebay 13........1583.46/2000.00 Amazon sales 54/50 Etsy sales 63/50

Well, as you can see from my siggy I have decided to do this for a year, not just a month, this last two weeks have been sssooo easy and I have only been to the shop that is the furthest away once, that was more for a nosy than anything I actually needed, I\, also finding the walking is a good plus, hadn't thought along those lines before so certainly a plus. The second one is in walking distance but not when the ice was around.
I got loads today, the prices are not normally this low so early in the day, but they had stacks of everything, when I say that I have bought multiples of anything it is because they had lots of them. I would not let someone go without, I am under no illusion that I am the only one that needs to do this.
Bead ...................................8p/78 bought 2.
Orange/Mango juice...........13p/1.25 Bought 3 of these.
Salad with a dressing.........10p/1.00 Will have this tonight, the dressing is a mango/chilli which might have put people off it, but it in a little sachet that doesn't have to be used.
Spinach..............................10p/1.00 We get through loads of this.
So, tonight we will have the spinach and potato in a curry, and I really have to use up the parsnips, so might kinda treat them as if they were onions and grate them and kinda do a badgi kind of thing with them to go with the curryEbay 13........1583.46/2000.00 Amazon sales 54/50 Etsy sales 63/50

Yay! I'm excited that you are going to be doing this for a year!! Go SanFran! Go SanFran! (In a "go ricky, go ricky" sort of way).
AND you inspired me to purchase my first woopsie today!
Can I suggest trying parsnip chips to use up the parsnips? It's one of my favourite ways of using parsnips. Just cut them up like thick cut chips, then shallow fry them in a hot pan until cooked and outside is crisp. Drain, then sprinkle some salt. It's much better than normal chips!0 -
To be honest half of December/January is almost cheating these are the easy months so not really that much of a challenge. That is the main reason that I have decided to go for the whole year.
Have eaten now but only managed to use half the bag of parsnips so thanks for that I will do this tomorrow or the next day.
May it be your first of many !Ebay 13........1583.46/2000.00 Amazon sales 54/50 Etsy sales 63/50

Congrats on finding it so easy to continue on the whoopsies, SanFran! I regularly buy them from my local big grocery store. I often can get a loaf of their bread made in store for 33p instead of 76p. I've had other things whoopsied too like brocc (been so long I forget the cost).
I'm really impressed with your spinach find! I'm originally from the SF area and used to eat it uncooked by the boatload but it's just sooo expensive here, so I usually buy it frozen instead. I'll keep an eye out though!
Parsnip and lentil soup (optional carrots) is really good too. I make it a lot with stock, cumin, black pepper and a pinch of cinnamon then whizz it up.
Another take on pink_numbers' idea is that I roast them in the oven. Put them on a roasting tray, drizzle with olive oil and herbes de provence in a hot oven for about 20 mins or so.March win: Fair Squared organic spa skincare set
