At last ebay have to come to their senses over the "free posting" saga, their changing it now to a maximum postage that can be charged.

It's being rolled out on all the sections, think its from 7th Feb onwards. xx

Thanks to Rufusdog for the heads up about QYPE. If you are a QYPE ninja which some of us are after the last couple of promotions they wrote, they are asking for 28 reviews for a £25 voucher for Spa days.

All the info is here: http://en.blog.qype.com/review-your-way-to-a-healthier-2010/?utm_source=crm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=system_message&

Handy hint: If you aren't a QYPE ninja, it probably isn't worth writing the 40 reviews (or more!) to get to this status just so you can join in. QYPE also don't give anything for your reviews...they only do periodic promotions like this, so you don't earn anything reviewing normally.

Not sure I will be bothering, I'll have to look into it more.

Wasnt anything on the spa site that I would use so not going to bother with this promotion.

Still not feeling too good so reall havent done anything since Friday. My Sil did ring me Sunday to say she has bought tickets for me and her to go to a craft show at the Excel place in London on the 13th. I have £30 in my £2 coin tin so will be taking the money with me incase I see anything nice.

Made a saving on some sewing thread I need to make my quilts. Someone on Ebay was selling 1000m spools for 50p in just the colours I wanted. I bought 2 of them and with postage they came to £3.95 but seeing as I paid over £6 for 400m reel last year and used it all up I am pleased. Will have to wait to see the quality of the thread when they arrive but should be ok for what I want.

Janebo - check the tesco and boots links that I put in my post for details of ink recycling.

well done everyone you've done marvellously!

D'oh Thanks for that - I didn't check those 2 links as I just thought they would be for mobile phones

On a more positive note I got back £1.80 refund from DD1 dinner money last week because she missed a day when she was poorly - it has gone into my money box as part of the £20 challenge.
Thrifty Gifty February make £20 challenge £21.05/£20.
  • not completed my dooyoo challenge for last month :(, only got 740, had a few reviews I wanted to write but with the weather and not being well themonth seems to have just flown by :(
Once I have got my OU work out of the way though I will be start with the reviews I wanted to write :)

Congrats to everyone who reached their goals last month and those who didn't :)
  • Morning everyone, hope everyone is well today!

Signed up with Bingoport, was just wondering when you get your points up what do you trade them for, the extra credit on other sites and if so which ones, or do you go for the amazon voucher. I'm up on the slots but decided to leave it for now it's a little addictive.

Just had another survey from Toluna so only need 1400 points until a voucher, at last!

Haven't had much more enthusiasm for Dooyoo yet I think i need a kick up the backside too, just not finding much time with my six month old being noisy.

Eagerly awaiting my new camera so I can start listing on EBay.

    How is everyone doing today?

Hi all. I'm glad everyone's ok.

Have been AWOL delivering the Avon orders but it's all done now, thank goodness!

I will sort out my ebay stuff after the 7th then I won't have to deal with the ebay free postage issue. After then we should be ok.

While I was out yesterday, I had an hour journey there and back, so while OH was driving I was writing reviews. I managed three. I came home to type them in Dooyoo and they weren't in their catalalogue.I was a bit fed up to say the least. Good Job i'd written them down. I added them as product suggestions about five o'clock yesterday and and 8 this morning they had already been added - good work dooyoo.

So I managed 3 reviews today. Another product suggestion was added to the catalogue today also, but I had to wait a massive........ 2 days for that one! LOL. Better than the four weeks I had to wait for one review!

Keep up the good work everyone. :j
