You know, Hamish might be right all along. Aberdeen could be THE place to be and perhaps we should all really be in awe of such a fine and shrewd man with great business acumen .....

I live on the top of a hill and the snowfall here has been severe. I love it, only my neighbours kids have come a played in the whole area outside my house and wrecked it. I'm ever so fussy.
So I'm going out later and taking all their coats, sledges, balls, games and buckets that they've left lying about in our communial area.

Hawkwind?? The band? Are they still alive? I used to love some of their stuff when I was about 11....I am 46 now. It had a whooshy tune to it..I can't remember exactly. They got upstaged by Queen a year later then Jonny Rotten and Polystyrene/XRay spex...at which point, I could afford to buy the records. They are worth a few bob now too...if I still had them.Hexham, 20 miles west of Newcastle here.
No more snow than the 6 inches that fell on Thursday. However it's sunny and bloody cold!!
Roads are clear, ready for me to see Hawkwind tonight :P0 -
Well....I had no idea they existed..so... thank you Hamish.....but they would be more fun of you could zoom in etc yourself. Like spy from ones own lounge . That's a bit sad isn't it?:oIts posh, is Surrey!
You had some fun with those cameras, fc!
Times Square was funny as, when I watched it, a group of people were waving at it and larking about.
Looks grim in Manchester though...nothing there at all from what I could see.:D0 -
