    How do i do a log file?

    Will it just come up automatically?

    As I understand it, if you wear the first you're less likely to get the second. :o

    Hope you get it sorted out soon.

    yes , when its finisihed the scan

    if not then start the program and look under the Logs tab
    Ex forum ambassador

    Im lost as to whats going on but my suggestion is as follows ~

    Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
    Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
    Post the log COMPLETE here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds


    reboot

    Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
    Click DO A SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
    (do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

    When you run malwarebytes make sure you do a quick scan followed by a FULL comprehensive scan :cool:

    You're thinking about Dr Web....with MBAM just do full scan straight off, no need to quick scan first...as per RIK's post

    It seems to have gone now, though i used AVG last night and it said it was still there, even after i deleted it, i checked again to make sure and went to be.

    Lots of cookies though, so spybot is running now.

    ^Clarification. I always recommend a FULL scan even after the computer has been deftly cleaned of malware. Reassurance purposes :cool:
