  • Yes but you will have to get a recorded delivery book from the post office first, and recorded slips or labels and arrange for an uplift which will cost a lot extra. This will take ages even if you phone to order the paperwork from their business line.

    I think you are very possibly entitled to a refund under distance selling legislation though.

    Hmm, how frustrating about the recorded delivery. I'm not able to get to the post office, but I'll get OH to go this time, and hope that I don't have to post things again!
