Which one is cheating, Topcashback or Ebay?
Topcashback offers 60% of Ebay revenue. Well, check your earnings. They show much lower amount than 60% of Ebay revenue.
They used to pay 40% before mid of November, but it seems to be only 3% now, instead of the advertised 60%. It is not fair. Someone is cheating.
Others have similar experience, and it is not a recent problem:
http://www.topcashback.co.uk/retailersextrasEbay.htm

Therefore I expect a compensation. It is not our fault that Topcashback or Ebay is cheating, and doing so long term, despite many reports, and comments about that.

When one tries to submit missing cashback claim, then during the process one can read: "BID or Buy It Now Cashback Discount - see info below... : I Spent £ , expecting 40.00% of Ebays revenue as cashback"

So it seems from that, that Topcashback knows that it is 40% (i.e. used to be before December, it is 3% now), but intentionally mislead people advertising 60% cashback.
I suggest to make all possible screenshots, before they change it to try to conceal cheating.

Quidco also shows 60% all the time. Do not know if they really pay 60%.

Also for another person, who I know, 90% of correctly tracked transactions with Ebay were zeroed, without any reason.

Free money is better than freebie, isn't it? You get free money through Topcashback when buying anyway on ebay, but the problem is that they pay less than they advertise.
Where would you suggest to post it? Is there a forum about cashback sites only?

    Working fine for me
Don't know if it's 40% or 60% as I CBA to work it out but it's definitely not 3%.

Better than Quidco anyway- that never tracked through at all for me.

It'a also a quite hard thing to work out- small auctions from private sellers ebay gets 10%, but businesses it is 8.75%, BiN is 9.9%, large auctions are split between two rates.....
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine
:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:
I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p

Unless ive missed something  A purchase needs to be made from Ebay in order to get cashback so in no way shape or form is O/P "Freebie no spend required" ;)

If you read the terms and conditions it says: From time to time retailers may increase or decrease the commission paid – in which case the cashback offer illustrated on our site may be incorrect. We will always credit your account in line with whatever credit we receive from the retailer – be it more or less than indicated on our site.

As this is a free service, you wont get any compenstation, they dont owe you anything. It probably also says in their T&Cs that they are not responsible for any legit claims not being tracked, so at least you got some money!
  • i thaught cashback like this from ebay was NOT actual cashback,
for e.g if you baught something for £20 and the seller had to pay 80p seller fees,
you would get the % of SELLER FEES ONLY not the actual price of the product you baught,

i think your doing it wrong works perfect for me its a % of fees not the actual price

You are spot on it is a % of the ebay fees they get , NOT the total selling price.
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574
