Help! Court Claim from PCN-UK

• I'm sure that Gala Bingo will be more concerned about having their car parks run by a criminal than being mentioned once or twice here.
Seeing as this only seems to be one club - Chorley - I assume that car park contracts are awarded by individual club management and not Gala head office.
Maybe Gala's legal team SHOULD be reading this thread and taking note whats happening oop north! :)

PS: REMEMBER EVERYONE!! If you keep naming the owner of PCN-UK and posting abuse and (joke) threats in his direction then, like the last one, this thread will get locked and posts deleted.
Stick to the battle against PCN-UK LTD.
(He's probably a one man operation anyway)
• Not sure anything that's been posted could be considered threatening or abusive, apart from the PMs to the OP, which are clearly threatening.
• Start making a PCN-UK harassment file, print out and keep everything they send you.
I have made a file with copies of all the correspondence that has transpired between myself and PCN- UK Ltd (official or unofficial; formal or informal). Once this issue is over, I would be making a formal complaint against them to (all) the relevant authorities.
• Hi all,

Just a quick one.

If this member sending the private messages is the owner / or an employee from the PCN company.

They are to seek permission to post on the MSE website, which can be sought from contacting any of the MSE Staff.

I urge you, that if you receive any messages to report them to the MSE Abuse team for review & possibily removal of the members account.

You can contact the MSE Abuse team via the link im my signature, or simply create an email with a few details in it to the address abuse@moneysavingexpert.com

Good luck with the defense,

Alias

Don't forget forget to keep a record for any expenses incurred, right down to sheets of paper to write on ink for the printer every last cent, Ashley will be paying the bill if you decide to slap a cc on him. I'm thinking if things keep going the way the are with this !!!!!! a little direct action may be called for, I'm thinking along the lines of filling every car park they monitor with unauthorised parkers now that if we could organise would send a clear message to his clients that he has no ability to control their parking problem for them. Or more like he has become their parking problem.
Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

Together we can make a difference.

I disagree about the grammar, it is appalling.
• Maybe someone could start pointing out to Ash's clients that thew will be named on County Court claims and possible other court/Police action as they are responsible for their Agent's actions. Where people claim in court for recovery of clamping fees, it's common practice to name the landlord on the claim form.

AlphaRomeo, If the rules of that website allow it, I recommend that you also post those two PMs over on Pepipoo. The more publicity the better, to show what sort of company PCN-UK are.

Has anyone got cached website pages from PCN_UK Ltd which show other car park clients apart from Gala Bingo Chorley? I think they would all indeed be interested in the apparently criminal behaviour of their appointed car parking company.

To that end here's the Gala Bingo Chorley contact details everyone:

http://ukbingo.com/find/ClubDetails.aspx?clubId=221

If you have time, don't just copy them to this forum thread as they won't read it and may believe PCN-UK's version of events. Instead just refer/link to this thread first and then state specifics such as:

- threatening letters and attempts to obtain money with menaces, to a person who has not committed any offence

- claiming that they have a warrant and sending people to the person's house who are purporting to be bailiffs when no Court has appointed them

- illegal claims on their website and cached website, including threats to clamp vehicles and/or pose as bailiffs and seize possessions illegally!

- illiterate letters and notices stating that they have powers they do not have, such as issuing fines and penalties (only a Court or the Police can do so)

- bringing Gala Bingo's name into disrepute by association, as osvaldinho says:

'Maybe someone could start pointing out to clients that they will be named on County Court claims and possible other court/Police action as they are responsible for their Agent's actions. Where people claim in court for recovery of clamping fees, it's common practice to name the landlord on the claim form.'

Although this isn't a clamping matter it's a possible case for the motorist to pursue for damages & costs under the Protection from Harassment Act, the precedent being a customer of British Gas who successfully took British Gas to Court when debt collecting agents harassed her last year.

To the OP, good luck, keep it a live thread on pepipoo as they can advise you best.

I do hope the Police take an interest at least in the alleged offences of attempting to obtain money with menaces, illegally posing as bailiffs, falsifying the position re having a warrant to seize goods, etc.

To the Manager of Gala Bingo, if you have read this thread then good on you for heeding the warnings and coming here to learn about this activity going on in your name by PCN-UK.

Now we await to see the outcome - i.e. that you are going to do something about it (PLEEEEEEASE stop using ANY private parking thugs and instal a barrier/token entry parking system instead)!

And Gala Bingo Manager, also read about PCN_UK and what they do here:
