To the Judge reading this thread should it be produced in court:

You will note that detailed above in this thread is a very serious attempt by the Claimant in a legal action, PCN-UK Limited, to influence an ongoing action before the court. The Defendant has sought the help and advice of experienced people on this website when he received notice of the Claimant's claim, as he is perfectly entitled to do. He has been advised as is clear from the woefully deficient particulars of claim that the claim appears without merit.

However the Claimant has now contacted the Defendant by private message (as detailed above) with menacing messages which clearly seek to intimidate and threaten the Defendant. It is clear that the Claimant's motive is to influence the Defendant such that he withdraws his defence or is hampered from preparing the best defence that he can. Not only does this behaviour show total disrespect for the court which has control of the proceedings but the court may wish to look into whether a formal contempt or other criminal offences have been committed.

You know.. I've a strange feeling that this mob only have the one car park on their books. Gala Bingo Chorley.

Wonder if it's the managers brother or something trying to make a few quid on the side.

The CEO (For the crappy town in Kents benefit that is a acronym for Chief Executive Officer, an acronym is a bit like an abbreviation I could go on for ages until I get to small words he may understand) for GalaCoral is Neil Goulden.

His email address for anyone who might care to email him and advise him about PCN-UK claiming in writing to have a warrant when trying to recover money is neil.goulden@galacoral.com and their registered address if you prefer snail mail is Glebe House, Vicarage Drive, Barking, Essex, IG11 7NS

You could buy a few shares in GalaCoral then stand up in the middle of their Annual General Meeting and ask the board why they are employing criminal* rogue* parking companies.
(getting a bit carried away now)

(* in my opinion. Not proved in a court of law. Yet.)

Good luck to the OP and well done to everyone who's given great advice so far.

Nothing to add except that I'd seriously be considering a civil claim for damages under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and citing the recent Court of Appeal precedent in Ferguson v British Gas.

    Is that a joke? :T

Have you seen their mailing address?

AlphaRomeo, If the rules of that website allow it, I recommend that you also post those two PMs over on Pepipoo. The more publicity the better, to show what sort of company PCN-UK are.
Whom do I ask if that is allowed? How do I contact the moderators to request permission?
