Just ask the question on your pepipoo thread, and somebody should be able to answer you. Nobody on this message board would object.

    Edit.

I see you have already done it. Now stand back see some more very critical comments on this joke of a PPC.

A word of warning to the op, should Ashley decide to send his knuckledanglers around to your property to collect the "fine" take photographs and don't open the door just phone the police.
Now that the matter is subjudice, I expect representatives of PCN- UK to conduct themselves in a dignified manner! However, I seriously wish they would try- after I had the "visits" from their "bailiffs", I noticed that the door leading to my garden was ajar! I can not and am not incriminating anybody or anything ( from next door neighbour to force of nature)- but it has just made me a wee bit wiser, in that I have installed a few DIY CCTVs on my premises! The perpetrators (be it nature or my neighbour) may find, at their own peril, that they have escalated a relatively innocuous civil issue to a criminal one!!
  • It is so bloody sad that because of these types of law abusing scammers, good people are now having to buy their own CCTV cameras just to feel safe in their own homes! Makes my blood boil.

    Some bad news...
My court hearing was scheduled to be on 18th May on the Small Claims Court. Unfortunately the claimants (i.e Mr ASW & PCN-UK) failed to pay-up for the court fees and the claim has been struck-off!
Indeed, it was a bit of bad news, as I had done quite a bit of research and was fully geared up to meet them (?him) in court. It would have been fun to see them argue their case in court!
Unfortunately, it is not going to happen & and the only thing that PCN-UK got from this case was a lost contract with Gala Bingo, Chorley!! (Oops, did I say Gala Bingo- I am sure I am going to get PMs from Mr Ashford stating that I will soon "hear" from Gala Bingo's lawyers)

So, after all the boasting from the company of how many successful court cases they have supposed to have won, they don't turn up. The one chance where they could actually appear in court, they chicken out. I think you have to question if all those supposed other court cases ever took place.

I do not think there is anything to question when the answer is already known!

Great news, and not the first time it has happened. Same car park, same company, I know of one other case which "almost" made it to court until they chickened out of paying the hearing fee.

Do PCN-UK still exist? I thought they had morphed into Vibe Leisure?

It looks as though Vibe Leisure have done a vanishing act. Their website is down and I cannot find any trace of then at Companies House. They are still shown on the BPA website as an Approved Operator though.
