Cool date:). We're thinking more like May or September but don't think it will happen next year though:(. My brother is getting married on 24th July, so don't think we can ask our relatives to come for ours before or after. Aaah, anyhow at the moment I just don't care, having a pretty moody day...

My OH's brother is getting married on 30th July next yr, only a few months before us. so yeah i know wot u mean bout it being close and weird n stuff.

    KEZA 2 - NATWEST 0

    :j:T:j:T:j

When i was moaning on my other diary bout natwest taking my loan direct debit for £178 then another £128 to close the loan without a direct debit set up or my permission, i complained to them, after a bit of toing and froing they refunded me my money - a week after i had already gone to the ombudman! so i had enuf and left them and went to A&L at the beginning of december.

have just had a call from the ombudsman, natwest miss me and want me to go back to them and are giving me £50 to do so :)

always take on the banks and follow thru with ur threats!

Well done, brilliant news! Your debt is getting smaller and smaller-nice to see it.
I've done £935 overpayment on loan so should be down to £1344.33 by the beginning of next week. What's happening when you finish the loan? Do I need to tell them to close it down? Or shall I leave enough money to take the last DD with the same amount I'm already paying?

Yep, it was a big amount but only because of insurance money and Xmas bonus. So challenge is still on, I just can't wait to be debt free.
