    So I phoned up today to find out the progress of my application, and they're apparently still processing applications from the 15th and 16th? That seems... sluggish at best.

    I just called saas and thankfully they said my payment was procesed on 14th jan and should recieve within 7-10 working days from that date woo hoo!!!!!!!! although it doesn't say this online so I would call to check progress :j

    I submitted my application on the 16th of December and im still waiting , called on Thursday last week and was told it would be done by Friday or on Monday past , cant believe it :O , they said it was because they were closed over christmas :(

    It's been 21 days, i appreciate that this is give-or-take, but the time-frame should'nt have been narrowed down to that by SAAS' public outlets. i'm in serious financial difficulty, not because i'm a wreckless git with money (in case a certain square intervenes), but because i've been having difficult circumstances with my bank and living situation of late.

    they should've put "around 30 days" or something to that effect. putting anything else is misleading. i honestly don't believe that being understaffed is a reasonable or acceptable excuse. shutting shop at 4:30pm on a Friday means half an hour in which they could've assessed at least two or three cases. now i'm screwed for another week at least. thanks SAAS.

    I applied for mine on the 23rd december its been 37 days and still nothing..I'm stuck without it. annoyed :(
