Am thinking a day off to play catch up would be good
Not much flying done here againBut lots of xmas orientated jobs done so that is the main thing

I like to think that she's learnt not to leave stuff till the last minute but I fear you might be right! I'm going to be nervous breakdown material of the future! :rotfl:0 -
I had a brainwave earlier and went onto freeads.co.uk and have found some laptops and netbooks from less than £100.....all local....so will look further into it and email some to get more info........DOES ANYONE THINK IT'S A BIT CHEAP GETTING A SECOND HAND ONE , TIA xx0

Pen Pen will try to do Sheffield next time but be prepared we got into BB's at 10 and it was past 12 when we came out.

Monday ~ Kitchen of Grot and Dining Room of Gloom
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear and wipe a shelf and a window sill
Run the appliances through a clean cycle! degunge filters etc
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
Clean the oven and hob..
Extras- [STRIKE]Thoroughly clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best [/STRIKE]
- Wash the windows
- Get those last minute cards and presents posted!!
- Dust and Deweb
Level Two
Clean curtains & blinds etc
Mop floors
Extras- [STRIKE] Finalise those last minute presents you have to buy..
- Post all the cards you need to post. Last posting dates are drawing very close.
- Wrap all the presents for family/friends/teachers etc[/STRIKE]
- Finalise shopping orders/lists for your christmas food shop.. remember shops are only closed for one day!!!!
Level One
[STRIKE] Get the bed remade.. before bed time! Change duvet cover etc too!
Declutter the floor of all mess and clothes and junk![/STRIKE]
Level Two
Vacuum floors in bedroom and landing!
Clear out and organise any large cupboards ou haven't done in a while.. I am fairly certain I recall someone mentioning a large untidy cupboard..
Level Three
Binbag dance
Empty and wash out all the bins
Replace any lights bulbs that need it,
Extras- Wash windows
- Wipe the bedframe and any paintwork
- Dust and deweb
- Clear away any junk on surfaces that shouldn't be there!
Level One
Clear some rubbish from the garage.. Ha-ha.. you will all learn
Declutter floors in all these places..
Vacuum said cleared floors!
Level Two
Scrub sofas/chairs/pouffes etc
Recycle all those old magazine/newspapers etc.. or spend 15 minutes on the filing
Dust/wipe over and fluffy electricals.. you cannot watch the Queens speech if she has a beard!
Level Three
Vacuum under any furniture you can move SAFELY.. I don't want any injuries to lamps or people this time!
Wash any soft furnishings in need
Wipe over any paintwork/doors that are grubby
Extras- Wash a dirty window or 2
- Clear out/clean the fire.. vacuum out fluff etc ready for Santa!
- Wipe down 3 radiators
- Sort out coats, shoes bags etc.. do any need cleaning once school has finished for the jollydays?
Level One
S&S the kitchen and bathroom
Change and dirty bedding that needs it!
Level Two
Vacuum through the rooms that need it
Wash any grimy windows
Collect any stinky laundry from about the place
Level Three
Clean the pantry or airing cupboard or understair cupboard or shed..
Wipe out the freezer.. defrost if needed!!
Clear out any grotty cupboard!
Extras for the WHOLE WEEKEND!!!- Final final shopping lists
- Update remaining present lists
- Wrap remaining presents
- Deliver presents that you need to before christmas
- Make a timetable for christmas prepartions.. turkey in.. turkey out.. etc
- Clear the table and make it look pretty and festive for your christmas meal
- Bake pies and buns!
- Stick all your cards up
- Replace the batteries in your annoying singing things
- Sort childrens presents into separate bags so they are easier for santa to sort. Also sort which bits you want to go in their stockings.. makes it much easier!
