    Morning
Ooooo that wind blowing outside sounds nasty! No snow here though!

It's made it this far... so I haven't gone to the gym and won't be going into the office. Wind is still howling and bitterly cold. I've just got up to put the heating back on (it goes off at 6.30) and am going down to light the stove and make some breakfast. Then I might do the ironing before getting on with some work and personal paperwork.

Bother... no milk. Yogurt for breakfast when it's snowing isn't quite the same as porridge :p

    Don't forget the thermals!

  • Good morning all  The concert went well, but the church was like this deep_freeze.gif So we all repaired to a local hostelry for warming winter ales  Didn't leave until after 11:30 when it was proper snowing HSsnowmen.gif My friend was delighted as she needed a reason [STRIKE][STRIKE]excuse[/STRIKE][/STRIKE] for getting out of her work's party.

Soappie - are you related to my DH  When we got in he used my laptop and when I opened it this morning a pic very similar to this one greeted me :p

greenbee - have you got any milk powder? I often use that in porridge if we're low on milk!

Quite a bit of snow here but not enough to justify not going into work. I'll have missed my usual train but I think I'll set off asap for the next one as it will take longer to get to the station because doubtless the pavements haven't been gritted. I might even go the other way via the bus if one comes.

catch up with you all later xx

No snow in the city so I will be able to go and meet my friend for lunch, but I am sure there is snow round about.
Take care anyone going out in the white stuff (or the shiny stuff)

Off for a shower - will be back with my cereal bowl to catch up.

Well if you had kept up all week you'd have the weekend off.. :p:p:p

You are a hard taskmaster :rotfl:

No snow here this morning and am hoping it will keep off until tomorrow. Have to pick daughter up from the airport this evening which would be difficult should we have a heavy fall
Cant see me getting any more stars this week. Floor is covered in wrapping paper etc etc so going to finish off packing anything that I have left this morning then off out to buy the remainder that needs to be bought  Used to be so organised - maybe next year :o

Toochoosey – I don’t think it is cheap to buy a second hand one. At this time of year there are probably lots of people buying new ones for Christmas. Go for it
Ladyl – Hope you enjoyed the concert
Greenbee – Good luck with sorting out your probs with work
Triker – Life has a way of dealing us the good and the bad. Pleased you got your Morrisons voucher
Diva – You must still keep that dentist appointment especially after eating all those chocs. I hope it wasn’t that Xmas Thorntons box – it is big. Sending vibes for Tristan
Ishtar – Hugs, just because you need them
      Crafty – Happy Birthday
