I've come to the conclusion that some people who cause immense harm to others never get their comeuppance.....and it makes me sick and tired of trying to be a decent human being when others allow these people to continously get away with it.

    **Rant over**

    Thats it really.

They're talking 20 cms  This is the south... it'll be carnage or disaster... no one will have any clue how to deal with it :p.

The guy sat in front of me on the train was on the phone to (I presume) his OH - sounded like he thought he was in Antarctica :rotfl: We had a bit of non settling snow too, but it will be chaos tomorrow if it comes over night...It's my last morning in the office followed by Christmas meal no 2 at lunchtime so I do really need to go in! I still have a list of unfinished things to do!

That said, it reminds me of the first snow we had when i was living down south (near soappie), as I drive round a corner muttering to myself about a lot of fuss over a little bit of snow I skidded and the back end went into a parked car :rotfl::eek:

I feel horrendously out of touch here, flying is actually pretty up to date as DH has done a lot whilst i've been out. At some point I'll sort a list and see what still needs doing, but I do miss you all.

I'm really flagging this week and very glad that tomorrow's the last day for me.

Yeah they will, Triker but in the fullness of time, and not by your hand. It may not be obvious, but it could be that just living with themselves is the worst punishment that could possibly be inflicted on them. Have faith, as they sow, so shall they reap.

Bother... washing sorted, so more ironing  but at least the laundry is done, and the airing cupboard is nice and tidy.

Logs from garage are very wet , so I won't be using them for a while. I've stacked them round the stove and am running it on solid fuel for the moment. I need to find a decent local source of wood (and also have somewhere to keep it :o)

Need to locate Nigella's Christmas book, so I can make a batch of biscuits. Then supper and then back to do some work for tomorrow alternated with personal paperwork.
