Went back to bed and had a good sleep. Missed the Christmas Lunch as I just wasnt up to it. I'm just going to phone work to report sick for tomorrow. I might try to brave the garage to get the toolbox so I can put the card holders up.

Hi I am wonderfully snowed in.

PP I have had hens for nearly ten years and this is the first time we have had no eggs for two months. Any ideas? I was hoping to make lemon curd as gifts today.

We're nearly snowed in too - DS is still at school, so amybe he'll have to be snowed in there for 2 weeks :rotfl:

Hens - are they outside; that can send them off lay. How old are they - they may just be running down :o How about their food - this can make a difference. HTH :A

Just popping on to update you on the meeting with deputy head - it was fine in the end - did it straight after school - just a couple of amendments that the head wanted made on there and they needed to reprint and I had to re-write my comment cos of formatting - not due to content, so it's just waiting for head's approval before it's sent off to LEA. Must rush as have to get to Portsmouth in rush hour by 5.30pm and I'm cutting it fine!

Thanks to all who've looked out for me.

    **Rant**

I've come to the conclusion that some people who cause immense harm to others never get their comeuppance.....and it makes me sick and tired of trying to be a decent human being when others allow these people to continously get away with it.

Pigpen - how could you put the garage on the list????!!!! - how did you know we have a double garage & cant get any cars in it because of all the junk??? (half of which is MILs which I have been told I can't throw out) I promise we will tackle the garage after Christmas (when we have finished the boxroom....)

Because everyone complained about the Monday list being a killer.. and someone else suggested the attic for Friday.. and someone else said we could do the attic because theirs was empty but their garage was a state... sounded like requests to add them to me.. :p

I'm fine.. my attic, though rammed is fairly neatly stacked.. and I don't have a garage.. :D
