If you need to offload you know where I am.. I've had a nap now so I won't crash on you!

Thanks but I totally give up on everything, I'm opting out for a bit, wish I had somewhere warm to hibernate.....just fed up with so much stuff. Life is like swimming in glue at the mo.

Anyways, I'm wondering if you are suffering a bit of your Glandular Fever still, you never really managed to rest enough to get better (it an take years), please be careful, have you got some vitamins?

Poohbear - I call it a body lead but I think it's actually a training lead. There's a big loop that you put over one shoulder and under the other arm....like a handbag strap. It leaves my hands free to potter and do stuff but means she's walking around and not rooting in the garden where I have some young vegetables growing. I wouldn't use it on a walk with her because if she decided to dive under a car I'd go with her!! It's just a way of getting her to think she's had a bit more exercise.

HHC until I take DD to concert. DS staying at my mums because it's going to be a very late night. Let's hope it doesn't snow too much until I get home.

If anyone's travelling then be safe xx
  • Evening - bit parky isn't it?

Just supervising the finishing of teachers cards (homemade ones), trying to pack Ebay parcels and do an update to school website.

We have lots of white stuff forecast so school is geared up in case we're closed tomorrow (rural school) - working on the premise if website pages, text & emails are ready we won't need them!!

Finally realised why my internet connection is a bit flaky - my BT wires are half off the house, presumably since the last bout of stormy weather, so happily awaiting BT tomorrow. Can't believe none of us saw it - it is very obvious.

OK - spelling help needed - see you later with a to do list.

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Snowball says too far away, working hard to bring it forward.
  • Off to have a bath and a hot toddy! See you all later!

I am in Cumbria.1200ft above sea level so it will probably stay here for a while.
It is Christmas card pretty :D up here.

You lucky thing - I crave hills from here in the flatlands :o We're not far above sea level, but have a good covering of the white stuff, with more forecast overnight :snow_laug

Off out to sing in our Christmas concert tonight. I'm concerned that we may be reduced numbers as some of the choir are fuss-pots at the best of times :rotfl:

A bath and an early night sounds good to me :o
  • Have done laundry and some bits and bobs but not huge amounts of list stuff. Off to the carols by candlelight service tonight, went last year and it was lovely, so I'm looking forward to it.

Take care in the snow everyone, wrap up warm if you have to go out!
