Organise presents and cards to bed sent to those for whom they are intended..



sorry but you just clarify what this means as I think I have mummy brain today. DO you just mean organise them as I already have

Monday ~ Kitchen of Grot and Dining Room of Gloom
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear and wipe a shelf and a window sill
Run the appliances through a clean cycle! degunge filters etc
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
Sort through and clean out ALL the food cupboards.. Sling the grot that has been in there since time began!!
Clean the oven and hob..




Extras

1. Thoroughly clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best
2. Wash the windows
3. Get those last minute cards and presents posted!!
4. Dust and Deweb

Tuesday - bathroom, study and other grotty places!
Level One
Clean the loo and the bath and the shower [STRIKE]and the basins[/STRIKE]
Defragment PC and run spyware scans while scrubbing the tiles and grout!
Level Two
[STRIKE] Clean out the bathroom cabinets.. throw out/charity shop all last years unused/unwanted smellies.[/STRIKE]
Clean [STRIKE]windows[/STRIKE], curtains & blinds etc
[STRIKE]Declutter [/STRIKE]and vacuum/mop floors
Level Three
Wash bathmats/shower curtain and furry bog hats
[STRIKE] Replace any sponges/flannels/toothbrushes etc that need it
throw out any empty bottles.. decant dribbles into fuller bottles[/STRIKE]




Extras

1. Finalise those last minute presents you have to buy..
2. Post all the cards you need to post. Last posting dates are drawing very close.
3. Wrap all the presents for family/friends/teachers etc
4. Finalise shopping orders/lists for your christmas food shop.. remember shops are only closed for one day!!!!

Wednesday ~ Master bedroom and Landing
Level One
Get the bed remade.. before bed time! Change duvet cover etc too!
Declutter the floor of all mess and clothes and junk!
Level Two
Vacuum floors in bedroom and landing!
Clear out and organise any large cupboards ou haven't done in a while.. I am fairly certain I recall someone mentioning a large untidy cupboard..
Level Three
Binbag dance
Empty and wash out all the bins
Replace any lights bulbs that need it,




Extras

1. Wash windows
2. Wipe the bedframe and any paintwork
3. Dust and deweb
4. Clear away any junk on surfaces that shouldn't be there!

I know it doesnt look like I've done much, but I haven't done the bathroom properly for ages! How did you get on Jinky and Holly?
I think I'll jump in the shower. I'll be back at 11 ish for another HHC

catch 22 situation - i'm scared of heights..and i dont think I could get the loft ladder down by myself........

it's all OH's c**p up there - I need to get up there on my own to do the flinging!

Dropped off teenie at College, went to Asda (not a good idea at school run time, traffic was horrendous) dropped off biscuits at school (why did they have the car park 5 mile away, exaggerate much? from the reception) took OH's shopping round to his and pout the fridge stuff in the fridge, as you do, came back, brought the bin in from yesterday put the xmas boxes back in the utility room, loaded the TD and switched that on, put xmas pop in there too, brought out another xmas box and put all them out (candles etc) shouted at the cat for A: ripping my wallpaper and B: jumping into a bag of pressies oh and C: tinkling with the tree :rotfl: gawd knows what she gets up to when I'm not in.

Need to now, put box back into utility, sort work stuff out, go and make the beds and open the blinds (not done that yet) load the WM, find summat for tea, then go to work and clean her house for 3 hrs lol

The recipe is from the Tesco Christmas magazine that you pick up in store. If you havent got one /cant find one I'll write it out for you. Although I think it needs some adapting. I could not get the sugar to dissolve into the condensed milk and butter and in the end kept adding water for it to dissolve into in the hope that the excess water would boil off. Thankfully it was successful. If I had to make it again I think i would make a sugar syrup in the microwave first then just boil it together. It is delicious tho .

Right I need to go find clothes before DH gets in too deep a sleep as he hates it when I go up into the bedroom if he's only been asleep an hour or so as he reckons I'm like an elephant

Wipe down all the furry paintwork
Fill a binbag for charity shop or the bin!

Finished the HHC a bit early as I don't know where to start....have done the dishes, S+S'd the kitchen and LR, made DD's sandwiches for after school and made a cuppa!!!!
need to find list and prioratise.............
