Weekly Flylady Thread 14th December 2009

I didn't get a chance to get anywhere near the computer yesterday. Went to see OHs dad in the home, it is a nice place and the nurses seem ok. He tried to walk to see us out and managed to get out of his room which was much further than he has been and then the nurses put him in a chair and wheeled him back for us. Hopefully his legs will get stronger, it would be great for him to get to the outside doors. He had a fall last night though so not so good.

Right, how am I doing on the list front. I am mega stressed at the mo (I always do at Christmas) so am abandoning most things today to try and get on top of everything at work as tomorrow is the last day until the New Year.

Clean the loo and the bath and the shower and the basins!

Level Two
Clean out the bathroom cabinets
[STRIKE]Declutter[/STRIKE] and vacuum/mop floors
Level Three
Wash bathmats/shower curtain


Wednesday ~ Master bedroom and Landing
Level One
[STRIKE]CLEAR OUT THE ATTIC!!! PMSL... sorry.. it HAD to be done![/STRIKE] Everything in here is in clear boxes and I can see what everything is so I am going to cross this one off
Strip bedding, and wash it.. and get the bed remade.. before bed time! Change duvet cover etc too!
[STRIKE]Declutter the floor of all mess and clothes and junk![/STRIKE]

Vacuum floors in bedroom and landing!
Clear out and organise any large cupboards ou haven't done in a while.. I am fairly certain I recall someone mentioning a large untidy cupboard..
Organise presents and cards to bed sent to those for whom they are intended..
Level Three
Binbag dance
Empty and wash out all the bins
[STRIKE]Replace any lights bulbs that need it, check smoke alarms, clean out any pets!
[/STRIKE]
Extras

1. Wash windows
2. Wipe the bedframe and any paintwork
3. Dust and deweb
4. Clear away any junk on surfaces that shouldn't be there!

AAAAARRRGGGHHHH, Am way behind, need to sort pressie for teacher by Friday(is bought, i think!!) and get a nappy cake done by Sat, all bought just needs assembling. Can't buy any more this week as have no money:o

Anyone watching Lorraine Kelly? There's an neighbourhood in New Jersey that goes way OTT with the Christmas lights.

Not feeling great this morning. The sore throat/runny nose/cough that has been threatening to develop has done so over night and I think DD has stashed all the drugs in her bedroom. Dont know if I can cope with going in there. Best find my list.
