    Evening all

I was skimming through a couple of pages of the thread last night before posting when my internet connection played up - hence no post.

I've just found my list from Sunday (red is done):take birthday card and present to friend's DH
lots more washing and drying - the basket is just about empty
put clothes away - made a start
    amazon order
    put clean bedding away
get presents and cards ready for school
start clearing DS1's stuff out of DS2's room - mostly done, and DS2 has his inflatable sofa back under his bed
remind DS2's teacher about Christmas card list - got it
do more Christmas cards with DS2

    Since Sunday I've also
been to Mr M's twice (yesterday for the last few things for snowman making in school and today for buffet lunch/food present for German assistant
made up hamper with typical English Christmas stuff for assistant
sorted presents for DS2's teachers etc - just need to wrap and write cards
kept up with e-mails, DW, WM, TD
found on the internet how to turn greeting cards into little gift boxes (making them for my form to put chocolates in)

    Jobs for tomorrow:
Take food for buffet to work, as well as presents and cards for staff
    WM x 1
    empty DW
    finish drying towels from airer
wash hairtake birthday card and present to friend's DH
    put clothes away
    put clean bedding away
do more Christmas cards with DS2 and wrap gifts for staff at his school
    marking
sort gifts for DS1's teachers (surprised he wants to take any)
    write Christmas cards for form
get ready for German mock speaking exam on Thursday

I think that's it for the moment.
    Good night.

Why's BIL being like that then?

If I ever suggest again that I am going to make fudge - STOP ME !!!!!

I have just finished it - this is the 20 minute recipe    However it does look good and I cant wait to try it :D

Toots - it would have been quicker to have done the painting !

    Triker - have a hug honey x

Kiwiblue - welcome. Now either you're as mad as I am for still being up at this time of the night or as your name could suggest you might be down under. As far as the thread goes (or fred as Pigpen sometimes calls it) each day Pigpen adds the next days tasks to her 1st post on page 1. Toots is our official meeter and greeter and will send you an email once she has chance in the morning, oh and just to make sure they see you, you need one of these in your post :xmastree: and yes we are slightly mad as we add them at any time of the year not just Christmas.

I'm off to bed now so see you all tomorrow

Thank you to everyone who noticed I wasn't here yesterday, (even if it was only the carols you missed :rotfl:) I was touched.

I did speak to Tris very briefly in our early evening yesterday but he really sounded awful. Our mutual friend says he isn't doing well at all. Tris keeps telling me not to worry and that he is getting better but he obviously isn't.

Still have horrible toothache - it's making my jawline and up to my ear just ache and ache and ache. Yesterday I couldn't sleep and certainly wasn't up to posting, I was like the bear in that headache advert! This morning Ibuprofen and clove oil are keeping it down to a dull throb (no naughty thoughts now please) I am sticking to liquids today I think as yesterday even soft food made it all hurt.

Anyway, enough of that - off to find my list.
