Sort through and clean out ALL the food cupboards.. Sling the grot that has been in there since time began!!
Clean the oven and hob..

1. Thoroughly clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best

Tuesday - bathroom, study and other grotty places!

1. Wrap all the presents for family/friends/teachers etc
2. Finalise shopping orders/lists for your christmas food shop.. remember shops are only closed for one day!!!!

Wednesday ~ Master bedroom and Landing

1. Wash windows
2. Wipe the bedframe and any paintwork
3. Dust and deweb
4. Clear away any junk on surfaces that shouldn't be there!

Thursday ~ Living room/s, Hall stairs.. and.. and garage! (HA!!)

1. Wash a dirty window or 2
2. Clear out/clean the fire.. vacuum out fluff etc ready for Santa!
3. Wipe down 3 radiators
4. Sort out coats, shoes bags etc.. do any need cleaning once school has finished for the jollydays?

Friday -finale!

Vacuum through the rooms that need it
Wash any grimy windows

Level Three
Clean the pantry or airing cupboard or understair cupboard or shed..
Wipe out the freezer.. defrost if needed!!
Clear out any grotty cupboard!
Extras for the WHOLE WEEKEND!!!

1. Final final shopping lists
2. Update remaining present lists
3. 
   
4. Deliver presents that you need to before christmas
5. Make a timetable for christmas prepartions.. turkey in.. turkey out.. etc
6. Clear the table and make it look pretty and festive for your christmas meal
7. Bake pies and buns!
8. 
   
9. Replace the batteries in your annoying singing things

soappie aaaaaaaaaggggrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhhhhh get in the car and come get warm here.... ok mybe not such a bright idea - thats tooo bad - hope they get it sorted ok on tuesday - 2 days without heating and hot water is not fun - you need some antifreeze - would gordon help?

CLEAR OUT THE ATTIC!!! PMSL... sorry.. it HAD to be done! IN A WEEK!!!!!!!!!! NO CHANCE!!!!!

Clear out and organise any large cupboards ou haven't done in a while.. I am fairly certain I recall someone mentioning a large untidy cupboard..

Ok my lovelies am going to have my cottage pie and chill in front of the tv, the girls are getting ready for DD1's works do so bedlam up there!!! See you all in the morning x

Trust me, it's extremely tempting! Though given the met office weather warnings about snow up in your parts, even with a 4x4 I might be pushing my luck! xxx

Gordon is winking at me from his place on the kitchen worktop, just next to the saucepan stand. But, I sunk a couple of glasses of Champers at lunch, and followed that off with a couple of glasses of white wine so I ought to sober up a bit before I contemplate engaging with Gordon. Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Run the appliances through a clean cycle! degunge filters etc
Level Three

Mudbath

Warm hugs, blankets and hot water bottles Soappie. We've had a burst pipe here but DH managed to isolate it so we've only lost water to one sink.

Tag - those kittens are truly adorable. So pretty. I need a kitten, I need a kitten! I need THOSE kittens!:rotfl:xx

Thanks Mudders - that's my real worry though - frozen pipes. The boiler lives in the "boiler room" which is a sort of outhouse outside. It has (or had!) this gizmo on it that meant it turned itself on whenever it got close to freezing and just whizzed a bit of hot water through the pipes and the rads to stop itself freezing. If it's not firing up, it can't do that!

And I'm sorry I'm whittering on. It's displacement therapy I'm sure. DD left about two hours ago to drive to Bath for an evening wedding reception do. She's driving back tonight too. I'm being an awfully over anxious mother I know, but I'm fretting.... the roads out there aren't nice tonight.
