I'm a civil servant - technically business closes on 23rd Dec & opens on 4th Jan. But, because I generally only work Thurs & Fridays, I finish on 18th Dec and then I'm taking 2 days leave, so I go back on 14th January 2010. Woo!! Nearly a month off
