I think we've got 3-4 days off, I'm not sure yet :o Seems daft but i've been working so many hours this past week I forgot to check, just about to start a 66 hr week in half an hour. Think we go back for a couple of days then are off for new year too.

I do supply teaching so had no work bookings last week, not anticipating any this week since it's now DVD/Xmas party season and probably won't be working again till a week or so into the new school term... sounds great but if I don't work I don't get paid so overdraftacular!

I'm off from lunchtime on the 18th, returning on the 4th. I'm excited at having such a long break. Last year I was temping in social services so just got the statutory days off (and was one of only two people who had to stay til close on xmas eve :() so it is nice to have a really good length off time of this year.

  • I will be working (in retail) a lot 21st, 22nd, 23rd and til 5pm on the 24th- once all the Christmas gifts are sold it will be time to change the whole shop around for the sale! We have already been pricing up sale goods for a few days but will have to really get going on it this week. We are all overjoyed that the shop will be closed on Boxing Day :-D
