Still cant get started till my stock comes.I told husband about it and amazing enough he is backing me.Not being sexist,he is the one who usually brings me back down to earth when i start dreaming.Sometimes a bit too much, but this time he backs me.
    Thats motivation enough for me.
I had a look at dhgate quickly,is all the delivery quite expensive though?

Budweiser - can't remember if it is you who is working 1 day a week so not hitting the threshold for paying tax. If so you still need to keep records so you can show you haven't earned enough and if you do manage the 10k you will def be over the threshold. You probably know this but don't think anyone mentioned that you should still keep accounts if you are buying and selling.

hi, yer i think the threshold is £6k, im happy to try and make £4k this year to pay for 1 year in uni and another £4k in 2011.....hopefully.:T

    Hi everyone,

Well done to all of you - we're still only 4 days into the year and everyone's so motivated!! Some great ideas in this thread.

I've invested my £100 in some stock in an area that I'm already a bit familiar with from previously selling my old stuff on ebay. Currently listed it all on ebay so in around 6 days I should be celebrating a return on my money.

I've also been using a cashback credit card to buy my stock and will continue to use this card only for that and pay it off in full each month so I make a little extra at the end of the year.

I'm trying to reinvest as much as possible but , like a few other people on here, some of it will get swallowed up in the few days before payday each month but I'll try to keep that to a minimum.

Just joined BB - not sure if it was a waste of £10 or a wise investment?? Played a bit and got my £10 up to £12. Tomorrow there should be my first £5 bonus so if I play through all £17 tomorrow I may get it up to £20 so I can withdraw it...it'll be a bit of trial and error I guess but all advice welcome!

Keep up the good work everyone. I love coming home and catching up on all the updates
