skintbint - I keep thinking bout your cakes - they are truly fab ! I will keep thinking, there is definitely your retirement fund in there somewhere, I just cant quite figure out the best way ....
I talked to OH and his son about them the other day, showed them the pics etc.. They did a gardening job today and happened to mention to the customer about the cakes ( not sure how this came up in conversation between a 60 yr old, 45 yr old and 18 yr old males but who knows what men talk about ??). He said a friend of his makes the fondant figures and decorations for cakes and sends them to customers. She made £90k in 3 years. Still cant believe OH actually listened to something I said and remembered it days later !! However he didnt get the finer details like pricing, transport, shipping, advertising, name, number etc.. :rotfl:VR repayment £404 £156.02 PAID

Well done to everyone on this thread.
If your stuck for an idea on how to make some extra £££s how about buying some flower seeds, seed trays etc of ebay and then when its the right weather plant as many as possible, wait for them to start growing and then when ready, take to a car boot sale, plants make ££s in the warmer months when people are thinking about being out in the garden.
Another idea if you have never registered with wink bingo.com before sign up and you get £15 free no deposit required, and who knows if you win with your free money it might be worth making a deposit just so you can withdraw. (if its worthwhile that is)
Anyway good luck everyone.0 -
winkbingo = Prior to a first withdrawal, a minimum of £20.00 must be deposited and wagered once or more, to qualify for a withdrawal.
also = Any winnings over £100 accrued by a player in a non funded state will become void and can not be withdrawn. This applies to all games.

Reading some of the totals some of you are making already is amazing! I've invested about £50 in 6 products which I have some experience in selling before - but its a real waiting game because they certainly don't sell like hotcakes and its a matter of holding my nerve. I won't invest any more until I sell these items - its real trial and error at the moment.
How do some of you guys get such huge turnovers? When I look at wholesale sites, the items they're selling would only sell on ebay at about £1-£2 more each. Take off fees and P&P and I can't see it being worth it. Its easy to fall into the trap of seeing stock on wholesale at great prices and looking at the RRP and thinking ££££'s - but I can only see clothes etc selling for a decent profit in an actual shop rather than ebay.
My main issue is that my area is quite specialist and very time consuming. I'd love to be able to just buy a bulk of items and sell them consistently but I just can't see how it can be done.
Anyhow - trying to stay positive and have also listed 20 items of my own tonight - a few bids already but just pennies really.[STRIKE]Total debt 1.11.10 £23,446[/STRIKE]Save £6k in 2015 #129 £6121.66/£6000Save £6k in 2016 #39 £6000/£60000
