Budweiser - can't remember if it is you who is working 1 day a week so not hitting the threshold for paying tax. If so you still need to keep records so you can show you haven't earned enough and if you do manage the 10k you will def be over the threshold. You probably know this but don't think anyone mentioned that you should still keep accounts if you are buying and selling.

  • Well I have officially read all 81 pages of this thread & am beaming with ideas. Have got DH onboard. Have lots to think about. I'm so excited & am so thrilled to be reading that others are too!

Have some auctions ending tonight & tomorrow which should start the ball rolling. Have a fair few DVDs & books to list on Ebay while their media listing is free.

    Good luck all!

Thanks, think most of my posts on this thread get lost, this has to be the busiest thread on here. Ended up winning £188.67 :j So my total for the month is at £360.55 after just 4 days.....

the risks are paying off :T

Wow, that's great. Think I'm about £30ish which seems measly by comparison, but I'm happy with any gain tbh. icon7.gif

hi folks, how things?, am afraid no motivation today as am really tired, i have however sat and tried making corsages and a crystal and ribbon cake topper, think they ok but will have another go tomorrow, am so tempted to make a wedding cake this week just to photograph for my photobucket but then would just have to eat it and i love fruit cakes.
i am keeping all the money in a seperate account as much as possible as i know it would get eaten up with the household bills so if i budget properly i shouldnt need to touch it and CC is 0% until october. i think seeing it mount up will keep me motivated.
Went to Aberdeen for the Sales today - what a disappointment was hoping to get some odds and ends to sell on - got nothing!. would have been better saving the train fare, thank goodness there was a special deal on where the kids went free.
Ebay not great but do have one item listed last night that now has a bid and 3 watchers so hopefully will rattle up a bit and a couple of watchers on another couple of items. good luck everybody away for an early night.
