my first dispute just wondering whats going on its been 7 days since i opened the dispute and he hasnt responded, but ebay is yet to say that they are refunding my fees insted still saying that they are waiting for him to reply

It often takes just over the week before the tick changes colour and you can close the dispute. The good news is though that as your buyer hasn't responded and assuming you can close the dispute before he does so, he won't be able to leave you a feedback rating.

ok maybe not - the guys stating that there was no charger included and no memory card (even tho i didnt say there was one) he doesnt like the fact that the screen protectors falling off
giving them a refund but !!!!!!! because now i have no charger!! there was one with it but i just cant do with the headache at the moment, and hes asking for a refund before he sends the phone which im refusing because he can go thru paypal if i dont give him a refund but i cant do anything i dont think if he doesnt send me back the phoneYes Your Dukeiness0
