The buyer could file a non-performing seller report.
Edit (to add):I forgot to say that the above could only be done if the buyer actually pays in the first place.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.0 -
I would do nothing for the time being as they can leave you a neg and its difficult (or sometime impossible) to get it shifted.
Do nothing. They will want it shipped to Nigeria or something along those lines and you can get out of it that way, claim your fees back and etc etc.
They will probably be kicked off Ebay before it gets that far anyhow.
I personally would go ahead and re-list or make a 2nd offer to the next highest bidder.0 -
yup looks like im just going to relist, its just not worth the chance, whatever this person wants to do to me i hope people will see through itYes Your Dukeiness

You edited your first post to mention about the buyer paying.
I would not trust this AT ALL!
Even if he does pay, it will be via Paypal with a stolen card and paypal WILL take the money back off of you (and chase you to court if they feel like it if you have already transfered the money out), and direct bank transfer will be from a "stolen" account and the bank WILL just take back the money when they notice - same for cheques, bankers draft or any form of payment barring cash on the doorstep (do you have a little machine that detects forged bank notes).
Even if he does pay, do nothing, but especially do not take the money and deposit it elsewhere or spend it on anything and do not post the phone via any method whatsoever to any address anywhere on this planet.0 -
yeah no if he pays ill refund straight away just not worth the hassle, his last negative was about not paying so hopefully he just wont pay again and i can relist again without a worryYes Your Dukeiness

First rule of business?? Dont you mean CAN'T construct!!!!!!!!!
I would email back nicely and mention that "I am sorry but I don't sell to persons with -1 feedback. My Ebay filters obviously haven't worked on this occasion, but I thank you for the interest in my phone but I am not prepared to continue this transaction with you. Goodbye."0 -
