    I haven't heard carers mentioned yet.

    Have I missed the Stamp Duty Decision. Scrolling back through the text there is a mention VAT going back to 17.5% but nothing to do with Stamp Duty

    The stamp duty holiday is ending on 1/1/10 unfortunately.

    Gutted as I'm buying in the new year!

    Public sector pay capped at 1% increases for 2 years.

    I can't see the Unions taking it lying down.

    Oh and the fact that public sector pensions will be tougher to fund meaning a cut in Govt support to the tune of £1bn/yr. Public sector employees to pay more for their pensions.

    So NI to rise by 0.5% then.

    So taxe's basically starting to rise.

    And what is bingo duty? And why is it falling!? Is it actually a duty, on erm, well, Bingo!? Why cut such a thing now but raise NI!?!

    Yep I'm sure some will but I can't see 10m new job titles. I can just see loads of strikes.
