i know, as soon as she said you don't need antique shops, you can use second hand, she went to one?!?! i don't think i will tune in tomorrow! And sorry to pick at everything but it must have shown you at least 5 times what she had done and what was coming up - there was probably about 20 minutes actual content!

  • I thought this would be good but was totally bored by the first ad break. All she had done was tell you what she was going to do but by the time the first part was over she hadn't actually done anything!
Very disappointed but have recorded it to watch back later when i can skip though the rubbish bits just in case there are any good/sensible ideas!

Oh rats, I missed this. I adore Kirsty...she's so totally over the top daft as a brush. Yeah, it's only moneysaving if you were the type to buy your entire Christmas at Harrods, normally, and possibly not even then, but then again she never pretends she's going to do the whole thing for a fiver, does she?

  • I didn't think much to it - Not as OS as I thought it would be.

I was watching Martin Lewis on the other channel..on the gadget show.

This woman can't be expected to know a thing about real life, didn't you see her house programme ?
Her hubby bought a wreck, she paid loads of people to put top of the range stuff and workmanship into it...went to watch a woman print wallpaper by hand (that cost way over a 100 quid a roll), basically carried on being the spoilt little rich girl she's always been.

like lots of other celebs, she's famous for being famous or knowing someone famous, or having a rich daddy. Not for her own skills in any area.

Could be worse, could have been Paris Hilton or Kerry Catona ...or that vile creature Jordan  .

I guess it was an hour of vaguely entertaining programming, the problem is most of us on here are damn good at all this stuff and the rest are learning as they go along, so we need something a bit more lively.
