Where has everybody gone?

Went to Tesco recycling point yesterday - its been open less than a month and....... out of order! Great!

Tesco Hatfield has a recycling facility.... and muller corners can be split to make two items...DOUBLE POINTS!!:beer:

I have been sent a 5 pound off when you spend 20 pounds in store on a Tesco Mobile e-top up voucher. It is a printed one with no name or clubcard number or anything to make it personalised. It expires on 31st May 2007 (a week on Thursday).

I have recently changed to a contract with '3' so it is no good to me.

Whoever wants it and is first to send me a private message can have it. I'll then send my address and if you send me an SAE I'll post it back. It'll cost you the price of two first class stamps but still save you over 4 quid.

Anyone having problems with points due? I've sent in 4 phones and signed up for the DVD Rental but still not had the points I'm due.

I sent 3 phones off to recycle in March - the points posted for ONE this week. 2 more to go......they are taking ages at the moment, but then that should not be a surprise as it is such a good offer!

- double points when you buy wine not added
- triple points when you buy from dot com Entertainment site not added
- Downloads points never added (they fixed this manually)
- recycling at Hatfield seems to have a cap on points - i put in 20 items and got only 4 points! Should be 1 point for 5 items.

Ops. I made a typo above!

It said 1 point for every FOUR items!!! I wonder if it caps you to prevent people overloading rubbish.

Ah, I was going to say as our site at Shrewsbury does 1 point for 4 items. Last week I put 60 items in and got 15 points so if there is a cap its a bit higher than 4. Usually it counts the items up and shows you what it has accepted so it seems a bit odd if it counted 20 then gave 4, unless they have cut it back since last week..... which would be a bit of a dumb move when they are trying to promote green efforts.

This was a few weeks ago - I am going again tomorrow. I think when I used it the points software had just been installed/.
