I telephoned Stena today and apparently you can only get an 'Economy ticket' when you use your Tesco clubcard deals.

    HTH someone!

Having sent three phones and around 10 ink cartridges I now have 1500 green points showing on my receipts, should be 2500. Glad to see them starting to appear though, although I don't know if I am just getting the ones for phones, or if they have given me nothing for my two brick phones (which is what I suspect). I'll give it a couple more weeks then contact customer services I think.

Now on 6274 points this quarter! 62 quid in Clubcard Vouchers, 248 quid in Deals. Best ever! And still a few weeks to go!
Now with Tesco Mobile, Tesco HomePhone with line rental, Tesco (original) credit card. Might go back to Powergen soon for more Tesco points.

    Hi all,
Have noticed some ebay sellers are "selling" info on how to get extra tesco points, etc...I presume these are the secret codes that so often I hear about but wouldn't have a clue how to use?!! I suppose they are for net shopping?
Would be interested in knowing how you get them and equally how they work!!!! Not paying for that on ebay when there are such knowledgeable folks on this forum!!!
I have part paid for a holiday in Spain this year with my vouchers but the ambition is to pay TOTALLY with vouchers next year so all tips gratefully received!!!! I now use most of the till spits...used to chuck them (silly me) but realise there are some good offers with these...2 latest being 250 points for buying £12.00 clothes and buy any paper extra 50 points....soon add up don't they?
    Cheers!

Not sure if you do on-line shopping but if you do then it's always worthwhile having 2/3 accounts so you can use the same 500/1000 pts for shopping on-line on each a/c.

Most of them are from credit card. I put everything I can on this and clear it end of month without fail (1 point for every £2 and I spend over £1000 on it each month). I also have been lucky enough to get £1000 of extra purchases on this (=500 points = £5) this quarter for a club I am sales officer for, I buy the items on CC and claim it back off treasurer. It helps cash flow and I get the points! Missus had over 300 quid of dental treatment which I can claim back from my work HealthShield plan but paid for it on the CC = 150 free points.

I've also got 1500 green points so far (3 old but working mobiles and/or inkjet carts, not quite sure which they are from yet as I have sent 2500 points worth in total!), and almost 1000 points from vouchers for mobile top-up on my Tesco mobile either on till spits or clubcard mailing voucher, I also got a separate mailing for this with 3 x 200 point coupons. Added to normal Tesco purchases and a few extra points vouchers in the Clubcard mailing it soon adds up.

For the record I don't shop online with Tesco re last post, I live near a store and like to look around and see the offers for myself. By the time I have put stuff in my basket and then seen an offer on another page and gone back and taken something else out in place of it and generally p*ssed about I might as well just GO there and do it myself!!!!;) I like shopping online (eBay addict) but I like to pick my shopping myself. I find reduced bargins in Tesco which are never available online (eg. Bashed box of Shreddies - Half Price, click here to put in your basket..... I can't see it somehow!!!:rotfl:)

You have to send the vouchers by special delivery which cost over £4.

You don't ''have to'' but it is recommended that you do so for your own protection as it offers enhanced compensation. You could also send by recorded - which would give proof of delivery (and makes it easier to claim insurance up to £34) for 70p on top of the stamp.
