Depends on what you want to do with your time. Up until tesco stopped taking money off coupons even when you didn't buyt the products, I would buy into all these scheme, as effectively I was buying with "free money" (the coupons), so it was costing hardly anything and I got great rewards.

Now I actually have to pay real money, I am more choosy!! However, I know for the phones, people were buying them for £14.97, selling them on ebay for £12-£13, and also getting 1000 points, worth (£40 in tesco deals, sorry you'll have to do your own maths for what its worth in airmiles!).

In the last 4 years I have had 2 free holidays to Florida with virgin, free 2 day trip to lapland, £4500 off a car at motorpoint, merlin passes, loads of meals/days out, and have just changed my deals for airmiles at double rate and will have 11000 airmiles, which will get me and a friend to New York, somewhere I've always wanted to go.

Certainly beats watching Jeremy Kyle as Any said!

I am so pleased for you. Bet it doesn't feel as though you've had to do too much work. By my calculations you should be in line for a ripe 19488 airmiles. Whose singing the praises of Tesco's and Airmiles now. Happy holiday planning & remember all those airmiles were just for your loyalty, you didn't have to pay for them.:j

Oh p.s. NGM I don't work for Tesco's or Airmiles either, I just recognise and appreciate a good deal when I see one. As I've said before it's just about making your money work for you.

And then today the 'surprise extra' Tesco clubcard vouchers arrived :mad: - don't get me wrong, I'm very pleased with the extra Airmiles I will get for the vouchers I've already changed :T, it's just that had I known these extra vouchers were coming I'd have waited and changed them this week, (instead of last week) and got an extra 888 Airmiles.

I suppose the only danger with waiting would have been you might have missed out on exchanging your original £406.00 of vouchers if the second lot had arrived after the date of 21st March when you had to have exchanged to have benefited from the double airmiles promotion. Sometimes the difference in time between me getting my Tesco vouchers and my friend getting hers can be as much as 2 weeks.

Just start trawling through the travel books while you decide where you are jetting off to.

I would have waited until end of Sat 20th March for the vouchers to arrive and if they didn't, I would have exchanged anyway

Enough about that....nothing can be changed! (except if Tesco don't give us surprises!!)
