Think they're stock control might have been wrong, it showed 102 in stock this morning but now "sold out"!!!

Might be worth a phone call though!!

Mine arrived this morning, seems to work alright, a few scratches on it though, but then it was very cheap...
    The money, Dave...
  • Thanks for spotting this. I called to check, and it is indeed a DigiFusion FVRT95.

Netto will only be selling 1000 of these nationwide from Thursday, so I imagine they'll only appear in the larger stores, while stocks last.

I do believe this is only SINGLE tuner - so you can't watch another channel whilst it's recording (though you can probably view a recorded programme at the same time)

lol, I love barrackroom lawyers. A little (very) knowledge is a dangerous thing, but in this case it is hilarious :)

Are you a lawyer, devild? (or should that be Michael Knight?)... interested to know what the real-deal is, and indeed what the funny bit is, just for my education... ;)

    Hi

If anyone cannot get to a Netto, Argos also do this model, but it is clearance and £10 more:

    http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=10651&langId=-1&searchTerms=532-0716

It is a single tuner so you can't record one channel whilst watching another, but as mentioned earlier you can watch one previous recording whilst recording something else.

    Fairly good reviews overall here:

The funny point was there ended up being a "debate" on the legality or otherwise of taping programmes when the thread was about buying a freeview box with PVR. I was looking to see if there was a good bargain and don't see why the post should have been hijacked on a copyright discussion. So that is the "real deal" to use your turn of phrase.

Ive just taken delivery of my digifusion fvrt100

Im having a problem with tuner 2 as it shows 0% signal and errors off the scale.

    Tuner 1 shows between 65 - 70%.

There is a message to the the signal is weak and corrupted.

do you think this is this why tuner 2 shows at 0, should it not at least show something as a signal is their?

When i try changing tuner 2 to the same frequancy as tuner 1, it doesnt make any difference.

Either way, the Topfield Freeview DVR is the best and most flexible on the market at the moment...

mitchb: does the second tuner have a separate aerial socket, like the Topfield does, and you have to "loop through" from the first by connecting a short lead?
