Hi Dawnylou
I have been wondering where the original thread we all posted on vanished to. Thank Toniq for resurrecting this.
Good luck with everything, as I said (on the deleted post) if you need or want anything PM me.
All sounds good though, and it looks like Asda will do the right thing :TAims for 2014
Drink a glass of water a day, Empty handbag at least once a week, Continue "not putting things off" and tackle things head on, Treasure people around me, Stay healthy and well away from hospitals, Continue to declutter/decorate house slowly and not get stressed because I can't do everything at once.

Thanks again for the support

Had another email today from the directors office:
Thank you for your e-mail to Andy Bond. As part of Andy's directorate team, I'm available on his behalf to investigate and respond to any customer issues.
I'm very sorry to hear your mum was mugged and her ASDA gift card was stolen. I can understand how upsetting this will have been for her with it been so near Christmas.
When the savings cards are given we advise customers to register the card and keep all receipts of the values added. I'm disappointed to see you mum never registered her card.
Does your mum have any receipts showing any transactions on the card? we can get the gift card number from the receipt.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
I replied to advise Mam doesn't have any receipts but got an autoreply stating out of office until Monday 14th Dec.
However I am interested to hear - how many of you have been told to register your saving card, how to do so and to keep all receipts?? Just out of curiousity?Dream of being mortgage free....
