Hello Faith,
I have read some of your other posts, but since I'm not religious I didnt want to jump in - but since someone mentioned the 'r' word...thought I might.
You say you have been exercising - have you thought about running? I find it gives me the most amazing time to think and relax while thinking about nothing at all - if you can get to a library try 'what I talk about when I talk about running' by Murakami to give you an idea of the effect it can have on your life
Hope your journey gets easier with every day!0 -

I am learning Latin (well, had one lesson) and need to get into an exercise routine in the new year.
Have you thought about something more hands on, slightly lower key? Volunteering at a hosice, hosital, local charity? Someone who posts here has recently started volunteering at a maternity ward, I had no idea that was a possibilty until she mentioned it.
The only caution I have over this is that something frightfully emotional you might not be up to while working with your own stuff ATM, and it could be a little kill or cure. But even something like helping frank and seal envelopes for a local charity would be something you might be able to do.0 -

I have thought of this but my paid work is erratic due to my employers needs, and I NEED the rest on my days off. Maybe n the new year.0 -
Ah yes - you need the initial energy to go - worst bit is getting out the door (or onto the treddy
)...hope you find some space for it soon anyway! There's also the free 5k parkruns if you do get back into it on Saturday mornings
You still have a life btw - its just different for now and it takes a while to mould into the shape you want.0 -
