Walking home

I have checked and have walking directions here back to Quidenham. I am so unhappy I am thinking of doing it, will take about a week. What do I need to have with me for a weeks walk besidesgood trainers and clean knickers??

It'll be dangereous to walk back to Quidenham, and you're not even sure you'd be allowed back yet.
