    last xmas i was told i was vip on saturday and sunday i could book a slot so they must know

    slots can be booked on the phone they tried for me but the system wouldnt take my account number so they knew i wasnt selected

    thinking i could count the snow flakes to pass the time- have family arriving at 3 as its my daughters 1st birthday today- hmm is it awfully rude to HAVE to nip upstairs to check on the old next account!!!!!!!
