f1re-cr4cker - sorry never ment to offend you didnt say you were lieing - kust bloody customer services do what they want and tell everyone different. I have booked over the phone before and then over yrs they havent let me!

God the suspense is about killing me, I'm a nervous wreck, how ridiculous!! I've not phoned CS so far but I can see me giving in soon...

A very kind lady let me book my slot over the phone this morning and I have Tuesday 7pm-12 midnight. Yaay! (Slots are starting at 5pm this year, so I've only missed out by 2 hours, normally it's one day!)
