i have just rang cs after telling myself i wouldnt, and they said apparently invites are going out tommorow!!! but they are telling everybody different things so its probably not true.

Just tried and she said no one can book over the phone must be online!?!?!?

they must have changed it then ,in my previous experience you get an hour and if you don't have items in your basket in that hour you lose your slot. I suppose they might give you extra time to checkout.
so is your slot 7-11 or 7 til midnight?

The slots are longer now as when the site crashes people couldnt get logged in as they were timed out so now longer slots mean you might still get a chance.

Hmm funny how no one else has been able to book a slot yet over the phone if they are letting others.

7-11pm is a long time, can see their systems not coping again

i thought they introduced the half hour limit last year, to cut down on too many people logging in at once

also theres usually a 5pm slot

I'm just going to wait and see what happens today/tomorrow. there is no point calling cs there is obviously conflicting info going out to everyone!

The first slot will be after 6pm as you can still order up to this time for delivery before christmas.
