NEXT VIP slots

I havn't been registered long with Next - can someone tell me when you go into your account, where do you look for a VIP slot?

Also, about the sale on Boxing Day! I just have to say, I think it discriminates against all the thousands of people who don't have access to a car. (There are still people in this country who's only option of getting about is to use public transport, and that isn't running on Boxing Day.)

Sorry for the gripe, but I get so fed up of people saying - just go by car! I Wish!!!

The way of login in changes from year to year!!! I didn't have a VIP slot in the summer so I'm not sure what the login was like then - sorry!

Yes - but there are also loads of people who still don't have computer access and so they miss out on a VIP opportunity - it's swings and roundabouts!

could you not try ringing them later and saying you were sent the email but are having problems with your email and/or the link and cant get it to work and ask if they can book you a slot?

the CS staff cannot tell you if you got a VIP invite, until the system is updated - so until they start sending out invites, noone knows

I would still check if I was you - the VIP invites are probably computer generated and therefore the CS does not know for certain.

im not sure this is true to be honest as i have always rang to ask the morning the invites go out, always been tols yes im on the list and received a slot later on. Cant just be conincidence i dont think. Plus in the past i have even managed to get a slot on the phone to cs in the morning before the emails got sent out.
